  • Provide ongoing updates and training to the corporate accounting team on accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Interpret and respond to releases from regulatory bodies, reporting on their impact and planned actions.

  • Offer accounting advice and conduct due diligence for potential acquisitions, divestitures, and other commercial ventures to ensure sound financial decisions.

  • Oversee Corporate Accounting and support reporting for Investor Relations to maintain transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across all levels.

  • Strong leadership abilities and a track record of successfully managing teams.

  • Lead by example: exhibit professionalism, supportiveness, and collaboration as a Finance leader, inspiring teams to excel.

  • Demonstrated commitment to continuously improving financial and management accounting procedures and results.

  • In-depth knowledge of corporate disclosures required for an Australian ASX listed company.

  • Strong technical accounting knowledge
