About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
  • A passion for recruitment and a strong understanding of best practice recruitment and selection
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders across various levels
  • Tech-savviness and experience with candidate management systems and online recruitment tools
  • A track record of developing tailored recruitment strategies
  • Ability to actively source talent and build pipelines
  • Excellent time management and organisation, with the ability to juggle multiple job vacancies
