About the Role:

Join a respected mid-tier accounting and advisory firm as a Senior Analyst in their Insolvency and Restructuring team. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients across various industries, guiding them through complex insolvency processes and providing strategic solutions to drive positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business leaders, offering advisory and practical solutions to support business recovery and restructure efforts.
  • Conduct in-depth financial assessments, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic plans to address financial challenges.
  • Support insolvency processes, including administrations, liquidations, and voluntary arrangements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, creditors, and legal teams to facilitate smooth proceedings and contribute to successful business turnarounds.
  • Support asset sales, cash flow forecasting, and preparation of detailed reports for clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage and develop junior team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
About You:
  • Solid experience in insolvency and restructuring.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian insolvency legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a problem-solving mindset and ability to devise innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management and negotiations.
