 Position Title: Restaurant Manager 

Salary: $83,000 plus superannuation

Bouillon l'Entrecote and Brasserie l'Entrecote has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Pymble and Circular Quay, NSW.

About the Role The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Maintaining service standards in our dining room by actively leading the team
  • Maintaining clear communication with the Head Chef and Reservations Manager.
  • Inducting new employees and mentoring junior team members.
  • Leading the team to ensure high service standards and delivering regular staff training and feedback.
  • Ensuring the venue’s presentation and standards are maintained at all times.
  • Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and handling customer complaints.
  • Overseeing the restaurant’s budget and financial performance.
  • Taking reservations, greeting guests, and assisting in taking orders.
  • Enforcing health and safety regulations and ensuring efficient daily operations.

Skills & Experience – Who we’re looking for: For this position, it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:

 ·      Minimum Diploma qualification in Hospitality or similar field OR at least 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of qualifications;

·      Able to efficiently manage multiple tasks within the demanding pace of a restaurant environment while upholding quality standards;

·      Possess strong problem-solving skills to swiftly address and resolve various challenges, be it handling customer complaints, addressing kitchen mishaps, or managing staffing issues;
