About the Role

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for maintaining service standards in our dining room by actively leading the team, maintaining clear communication with the Head Chef and Reservations Manager, and ensuring the venue's presentation and standards are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high service standards in the dining room
• Lead the team to ensure efficient daily operations
• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and handle customer complaints
• Oversee the restaurant's budget and financial performance
• Take reservations, greet guests, and assist in taking orders
• Enforce health and safety regulations

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager who possesses a minimum Diploma qualification in Hospitality or similar field, or at least 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of qualifications. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be able to efficiently manage multiple tasks, and have at least 2 years of experience in managing venues of a similar calibre.
