About the role:

We are seeking a highly driven Administrator / Coordinator to join our Technical & Product Quality team based in our head office in Mascot. This role is responsible for supporting our Technical and Product Quality teams to ensure responsive service is provided to both internal and external customers.  You will oversee the tracking adherence to all technical and product compliance requirements and ensure that all documentation is accurate and filed appropriately.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the Field Quality & Excellence Managers,
  • Coordinate and support the Safety Inspectors in the planning and regular adjustment of inspections.
  • Monitor any paperwork from Inspectors and ensure it is up to date
  • Collect any manual testing & signoff information and file it in the correct databases and storage locations
  • Report on handover dates and open Safety-Critical items (SCI's)
  • Collect initial inspection and re-inspections information and populate the database systems whilst advising the relevant project manager of the status
  • Monitor in-service dates with branch administrators to ensure lifts or escalators not ready for service are prevented from being placed into service and inform the Product Quality & Safety Manager of any breaches

What we are looking for?

  • Demonstrated experience in an administration or coordination role,
  • Experience in the construction, engineering or services industry will be highly regarded
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to drive tasks to completion
  • Strong attention to detail & a high level of enthusiasm
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and intermediate MS office skills, highly regarded.
