**Quality Control Manager**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a qualified Quality Coordinator to join our team. As a Quality Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supervising and managing raw material and product management processes, ensuring compliance with Quality Control requirements, and delivering superior customer satisfaction. This position involves collaboration with various departments, including the Technical Service Centre, Production, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, as well as external stakeholders such as raw material suppliers and toll producers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage Raw Material assessment and selection criteria, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP's), and compliance criteria.
- Ensure quality requirements are introduced to and implemented by suppliers of raw materials and independently produced products.
- Manage raw material compliance and oversee relevant testing and data reporting.
- Develop and implement comprehensive KPI Balanced Scorecards for quality and consistency of raw materials.
- Develop, implement, and manage Product Manufacturing requirements (PMR) and quality management criteria.
- Manage the quality, compliance, and consistency of all products produced internally and through third-party producers.
- Supervise the identification and resolution of production issues and process improvements.
- Initiate changes to manufacturing and quality control procedures and instructions.
- Manage master data in SAP, including BI requests, set up of new raw materials, and QM system.

**Job Requirements**:

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Material Science, or Chemical Engineering.
- Working Experience: Minimum 5 years in the construction materials industry with laboratory supervisory experience.
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: Sound understanding of formulation control, materials specifying and control, and quality management in the construction materials industry.
