THE ROLE
We have multiple opportunities for speech pathologists across Melbourne to cater to our evolving and expanding business.
- Your role is integral to the success of the company by being the face of the business
- Your work will be interesting and challenging and you'll have the opportunity to develop therapeutic specialties if you wish
- Assessing, diagnosing and providing evidence-based intervention for a variety of clients with speech, language, voice, fluency and swallowing disorders
- Utilising case history, assessment results and clinical observations to develop and review treatment goals and therapy plans to suit the individualized of a diverse population of clients (infants to adults)
- Communicating information and support to families regarding therapy strategies and techniques
- Monitoring client progress by keeping detailed up-to-date progress notes and client records and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Writing assessment and funding reports, referral letters
- Collaborating with clients extended care team and support network to ensure comprehensive care
- Liaising with other clinicians and wider team to share learnings. best practices and develop, innovate and refine care plans that aim to provide the best outcomes for clients and their families
