We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our Melbourne-based team in Springvale. As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the technological tools that aid in better lives for individuals and communities.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in systems administration, with a strong background in managing Windows server environments and Hyper-V virtualization. You will be proficient in managing Microsoft's ecosystem, including Active Directory, Group Policies, Exchange, and Office 365. Your expertise in networking concepts such as DHCP, LAN, and VLAN will also be essential.

You will be responsible for finding and implementing effective IT solutions within a matrix organization, managing incidents, problems, and changes in the IT landscape in Australia and New Zealand. Additionally, you will provide after-hours support for critical issues, manage the installation of end-user tools and equipment, and ensure the security of systems.

Requirements:

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective IT solutions
• Experience in a global or matrix organization (desired)
• Recognized industry certifications (CCNA, MSCE, ITIL) highly regarded
• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
• Mastery of Microsoft's ecosystem, including Active Directory, Group Policies, Exchange, and Office 365
• Proficiency in managing Windows server environments and Hyper-V virtualization
• Practical knowledge of Office 365 applications, such as email, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Solid foundation in networking concepts like DHCP, LAN, and VLAN
