We are currently seeking a Civil Superintendents to join us on the Eastern Freeway Burke to Tram Alliance. We have a strong pipeline with many opportunities for career progression right here in Victoria.
Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for, and not limited to;
providing input into the master construction plan Managing a team on-site to achieve project objectives, and planning and programming daily construction activitiesAdditionally, you will lead section meetings and review progress in productivity and achievement of commercial requirements, contribute to the contract review process and ensure effective implementation of Laing O’Rourke’s project management systems and procedures
About you
A relevant trade qualification combined with significant construction delivery experience in the construction/infrastructure industry A collaborative style of leadership and effective communication both written and oral Have excellent client interface, coordination, time management and safety leadership skills Ability to manage a large team demonstrating our project values You have a focus on developing a great culture within your team and the wider projectBenefits
