Job scope:
Can be based from Welshpool or Henderson with 2-3 days WFH. As a Sales Coordinator, you will look after the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), financial, and reporting elements of the Sales Cycle to support the overall Sales process and to ensure accuracy in all Sales data. You will also step into a more varied set of duties over time to also cover KPI tracking, Client events, Sales administration, and more.
How will you help us achieve this:
Consolidate all APAC reports from CRM into a weekly reporting to the Captial Sales Team
Supports subregions on financial Sales reports and weekly activities
Monitors all subregions' traveling costs and traveling logistics
Maintain and audit CRM opportunities database
Maintain and audit CRM installed Base
Monitoring team training plan achievements and bookings
Flight optimization and logistics for the sales team
Organizes for mine site crews, webinars, site crew training, presentations, and other events, such as catering, timekeeper, etc.
What you bring:
Experience in a similar role is preferred. Ideally, someone who has worked in Mining, Heavy Machinery, Oil and Gas, or similar resources in a Sales Support function.
Good communication skills and the ability to articulate complex subject matter in a straightforward way.
Be open to and quickly evaluate data and create reports via Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and third-party applications to showcase data.
Experience in the Sales Cycle and a strong financial administration background.
Based in Henderson and open to travel.
