Objectives & Responsibilities   People: to lead the development ofyour colleagues’ understanding of the role of SEO & Contentwithin the broader marketing ecosystem, and how it impactsbusiness and commercial performance and outcomes, both above and below the line. Client: maintain consistently high levels of delivery and client satisfaction. Lead strategic conversations and frameworks with respect to macro-economic forces, and how these forces may impact the digital performance of your clients’ brand in market. This includes the forecasting and production ofrelevant recommendations related to combatting these forces. Commercial: deliver against growth and profitability targets.identification and scoping of new business. identify new business opportunities andconvert those opportunities into clients. Product: Own and build out a robust and considered Owned Mediaproduct that can be commercialised and sold as part of ongoing and future retained work. The focus for this role will be to generate this product with the Experience Team’s content offering in mind. Ensure that existing client retainers that include SEO and Owned Media consideration and requirements are serviced, with revenue growth opportunities prioritised. Process: Where existing processes can be improved and optimised, ensure that this takes place to fast trackefficiency and effectiveness. Work with the Head of Experience & Head of SEOin developing processes that streamline the executional phases of the role. Measures of Success   In 3 months, you would have:  Built strong relationships with your clients and peers, leading day to day communications Demonstrated confidence feeding into your projects’ SEO, content and experience strategies Develop strong bonds with colleagues across all faculties of the business, including Creative Futures and Media teams.  In 6 months, you would have:  Showcased exceptional project management skills through the delivery of multiple projects Become the trusted “go-to” person for clients and internal teams with regards to Experience strategy Have a strong understanding of your client’s business problems, and how Experience impacts other channels within broader media strategy and the marketing and advertising ecosystem overall. In 12 months, you would have:  Delivered brilliant work to clients - building innovation into our plans, whether this is through smart tech, data, creative or audience insight. Built strong relationships with your team, nurturing their growth and development, reviewing and re-setting KPIs as required

Your experience   

Four (4) years of industry experience, specifically within the Owned Media space.  Adeep understanding of the processes required to deliver projects and inform executions.  Proven ability to create scopes for new business opportunities when they arise. Proven ability and conviction to drive transformational change, bringing new ideas around the commercialisation of the Owned Media product. Proven ability to influence, guide and shape the Owned Media product, with a strong focus on manipulating how it will be used to inform client business decisions and Creative Futures executions. Proven abilityto deliver operational excellence and Owned Media services. Proven track record in delivering breakthrough thinking and transformative work for clients. An excellent understanding of industry standard SEO tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Looker Studio, Advanced Web Rankings, Deep Crawl,SEMRush, Ahrefs, Botifyand Screaming Frog Sound knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript (knowledge of MySQL PHP/ASP & APIs is beneficial) A high degree of numeracy and literacy Ability to build relationships at all levels of seniority Demonstrable Account Management experience in SEO and Experience more broadly Strong client relationship building experience with excellent presentation skills Highly motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team Able to write persuasive business documents including new business proposals and campaign summaries Ability to jugglea number oftasks at once and consistently to deliver high-quality work Line management, team training and recruitment experience Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills A proven track record of proactively identifying business opportunities within client targets and strategies Ability to pre-empt problems and be proactive in producing solutions Commercial understanding and able to put togetherscopes of work and answer client briefs.
