Our Client, a Leading Entertainment Destination is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Manager to join their team in a permanent opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for playing a key role in driving positive cultural change within our organisation.

About the Role:

  • You will partner with senior leaders to develop and implement a cultural transformation strategy.
  • You will be responsible for operationalising the strategy and ensuring that it is cascaded throughout the organisation.
  • You will develop and deliver workshops and training programs on cultural change.
  • You will conduct surveys and collect data to track progress and measure the impact of the transformation effort.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation to build buy-in and support for the change initiative.
  • You will be implementing interventions, including initiatives focused on psychological safety

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing cultural transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment.
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field
