Who we're looking for:

We are seeking a Contracts Administrator Assistant to provide support to either the construction site Commercial Manager or Contract Administrator with the procurement of labour/sub-contractor services and financial activities with a focus on cash flow, profit maximisations, variations, reporting and administration.

With a Bachelor Degree in Building, Construction or Quantity Surveying or similar you will also have 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within the building/construction industry and want to develop your CA career within a large global construction company in the tier one space. 

To be considered for this opportunity you will have:  

  • Bachelor's degree in building, construction, quantity surveying or similar
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within the building/construction industry 
  • Background in Construction or Building and ability to read plans.
  • Experience in quantity surveying/estimating.
  • Understanding of contracts and legal issues pertaining to contracts
  • Knowledge of tender processes
  • Financial understanding and knowledge of construction costs
