Position Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Chef to join our team. As the Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and efficiency. The role involves a diverse range of duties as outlined below:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·     Creating and updating menus in collaboration with restaurant management.

·     Ensuring menu items are innovative, seasonal, and align with restaurant concept.

·     Supervising kitchen staff to ensure adherence to recipes, quality standards, and food safety regulations.

·     Training kitchen staff on cooking techniques, menu items, and sanitation practices.

·     Developing culinary skills among team members to maintain high food quality and presentation standards

·     Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies while optimizing costs.

·     Ensuring kitchen operations comply with health regulations and food safety standards.

·     Monitoring food quality and guest satisfaction.

·     Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly

·     Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to kitchen team members

·     Collaborating with management on event menus and execution.
