**About Pacific Venues**

Pacific Venues operate a variety of upscale venues Ruse Bar and Brasserie, Threefold Pastries and have multiple Chef and Cook roles available within our organization and multi-site venues across Sydney, NSW $70-80k. Our food philosophy is based around our high-end Australian produce, yet simple and tasty dishes with flair. We are fast becoming recognized as a leader in Sydney for our high level of food, service, wines and well equipped bars.

**Qualifications & Experience**

Minimum of 2 years experience as Cook

Minimum Cert IV Commercial Cookery

Valid references and clean employment record

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance
- Ensure compliance with applicable health standards and food safety regulations
- Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas
- Participate in Training, development and performance management of kitchen staff

**CHEFS**
- Develop and plan menus and daily specials or set menus for events and functions
- Create a prep list for kitchen crew
- Manage food costing, inventory & daily ordering
- Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance
- Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and food safety regulations.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
