Universal Music Australia is looking for their next Synchronisation & Licensing, Coordinator to join the USYNC Licensing team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration and Management of Licence Agreements and invoices for the Department in conjunction with the Senior Director of Sync & Licensing.
  • Generating monthly reports for the Department (month end reports, confirmed licence reports)
  • Work in conjunction with Senior Director on Adhoc / Miscellaneous licensing requests as directed (ie education, charity and low budget productions), including providing quotations, negotiating commercial terms and seeking artist permission.
  • Research and validate master rights for all incoming requests.
  • Sourcing of audio for the department upon client requests.
  • Project Management of any GCS / R2 related issues
  • Liaising with internal teams and 3rd Party companies in relation to clearances on all compilation projects.
  • Sourcing label copy and credits as required.
