About the Role
You will lead a small team of rostering professionals continuously improving rostering and allocation practice, with solution-focussed approaches to optimise service flexibility, cost effectiveness, client outcomes and staff capacity.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing individual and team performance
  • Ensure efficient management and administration of client and direct care staff rosters
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of practice using the Client Management System Carelink Plus
  • Accurately collect and use workforce data to identify gaps, issues, trends and information to inform workforce planning, training, development or management
  • Actively contribute to ongoing reorientation of the service to adapt and align with the Commonwealth Aged Care Reforms and relevant corporate strategies
  • Requirement for availability for On Call via roster

Skills & Experience
  • Experience working in a high volume/transactional rostering and workforce utilisation leadership role
  • A tertiary qualification human services (or related discipline) with relevant experience; or lesser formal qualifications and substantial experience
  • Aptitude and proficiency using a community services database (preferably Carelink Plus)
