 The Role  

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor responsible for ensuring the Warehouse and Logistic teams are engaged, work efficiently and effectively in accurately receiving, storing and distributing Harris Farm products. 

This role is a 5 days a week with full availability on both weekends including Saturday and Sunday .

  Key responsibilities

  • Proven work experience as a Supervisor in a warehouse environment within a fast-paced environment, ideally exposure to fresh food.   
  • Knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 
  • Innovative and forward-thinking leader who drives an engaging high-performance culture 
  • Experience within the Supply Chain and Transport environments 
  • Strong self-motivation, drive & initiative 
  • Demonstrable ability to motivate teams
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Good IT skills, confident in using MS Office. 

   Skills Required  

  • Relevant industry qualification such as a Certificate IV in Warehousing Operations is desirable  
  • Holds a current forklift licence 
  • Holds a current Driver’s Licence and willing to drive when necessary.
