Lead a high performing team in the delivery of public and private landscape construction and sporting facility projects. Work alongside the industry’s top performers to deliver quality projects for local councils and developers.

As a Landscape Maintenance Foreman, you will be responsible for the Maintenance of various projects around Southeast QLD whilst ensuring a safe site is maintained and a quality product is sustained for our clients. You will;

Develop maintenance schedules for day to day activities Have a thorough understanding of OHS and environmental requirements Arrange plant, labour and material resources for the projects Daily completion/monitoring of site-specific activities, as well as managing all Maintenance Staff onsite Monitor compliance with safety and environmental requirements Maintain compliance with the Landscape Maintenance program Maintain daily record of site activities Ensure clients’ quality expectations are being met/exceeded (in accordance with spec) Direct and monitor Sub-Contractors, Suppliers and Plant Hirers Report all non-conformances and assist with recommendations for remedial work

To be successful in this role, you will need

Good communication skills Attention to detail Proven leadership skills Strong sense of teamwork Experience in a similar position within the Landscape Maintenance industry Proven ability to constantly deliver high quality Landscape Maintenance projects within budget and program constraints
