About this role
About the role
In this role you will be responsible for all sales administration by assisting the Regional Commercial Manager and sales staff with the co-ordination of all sales activities including quotations and follow up, forecasting, reporting, contract review and master data maintenance. You will also assist with analysis of sales data and compilation of monthly reporting ensuring all sales process deadlines are met.
Key responsibilities:
Implement the internal sales process ensuring all prior day orders are reviewed and any issues are promptly identified and escalated as required Work with sales, customers and internal departments to close out identified gaps in our customer order information Implement all national functional/customer excellence initiatives and provide feedback on how to further improve upon them, where relevant Maintain a structured customer contact plan/system in accordance with the approved processes and effectively action/manage all tasks within the allocated time identifying and resolving issues as they arise Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all relevant internal staff that impact on the customer experience Maintain an accurate and up to date customer database. Assist with Salesforce.com activity and opportunity planning and reporting Complete or provide input into contract reviews where relevant Produce and analyse reports to identify issues and make recommendations to improve future processes General functional support tasks within the sales and marketing and marketing functionSkills and experience required:
Previous experience in a similar role Data Analysis and SAP experience Intermediate Excel skills to generate and analyse reports Experience in Salesforce (desired) or other similar systems Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate openly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels Ability to work autonomously and with high level time management skills Excellent problem-solving skillsA bit about us
