Guest Experience Agent - AAT Kings/SEIT- Ayers Rock

The Company

The Travel Corporation is a leading travel company compromising of well known travel brands such as Contiki, AAT Kings, Trafalgar, SEIT Adventure World, Creative Cruising, Uniworld Cruising and Insight Vacations. 

This role will be based out of Yulara, and support both AAT Kings and SEIT.

SEIT Outback Australia, focus is on offering guests adventurous and interpretive small group tours of Uluru and Kata Tjuta National Park and surrounds - without the crowds……SEIT – Spirit, Emotion, Intellect, Task

The Role

As a Guest Experience Agent, you will promote, sell and provide advice on our amazing AAT Kings/SEIT products, creating lifetime memories for our guests. All this with Ayers Rock right on your doorstep This is not your everyday workplace

With full training provided, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips to provide exceptional face-to-face customer service, provide recommendations, process bookings for breath taking itineraries, and continue the excitement for the journey ahead, as you wave guests off on their tours to ensure they are ready for a day of adventure.

You will also be a crucial support figure for our team, managing daily administrative duties, ensuring the smooth running of our Yulara based team.

About you

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, along with strong communication skills. You will thrive in our team orientated office and be able to support out team where needed. Proven experience using Microsoft applications is essential, whilst previous administration skills are highly desirable.

Applicants must be available to work flexible hours, including some weekend shifts, to ensure our guests experience the trip of a lifetime.
