The Role

As a Crew Trainer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our team delivers exceptional service, safety, and memorable experiences to our guests.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive training, guidance, and support in all aspects of duties, with a focus on safety, customer service, driving, guiding, and company policies.
  • Conducting on-road appraisals, providing constructive feedback, and participating in counseling sessions as needed.
  • Delivering engaging commentary both on and off vehicles, fostering teamwork, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Supporting driver guides in commentary delivery, guest engagement, customer service, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements and company standards for vehicle operation and safety.
  • Overseeing local guides, ensuring safety, delivering engaging commentary, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Managing operations for Sunset Drinks & BBQ experiences, including fleet vehicles, staff, and guest satisfaction.
