As a member of the hotel services team, our Patient Services Assistants work across a rotating 24/7 roster undertake a diverse range of work including:
Keeping our health sites clean & hygienic in line with infection control measures by cleaning, removing waste, cleaning, and upkeep of equipment; Preparation, catering and serving of meals to patients; Maintaining stock sheets; Assisting by loading & unloading, transporting and; lifting of patients including the use of appropriate equipment.About you:
As a self-motivated person, you will have experience in delivering quality customer service. Empathy is a big part of the role, and we want you to bring your life and work experience to enable us to provide our patients a safe and caring environment. The role can be physically demanding, not only is this a great way to keep fit and physical but manual dexterity will go a long way to helping you succeed.
