About the Role
We seek a true HR Generalist to drive essential employee lifecycle activities across their ANZ business sites. This role is pivotal in supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, talent development, workplace relations, OHS, and HR reporting. You will play a key role in enhancing their organisational culture, building strong stakeholder relationships, and acting as a trusted advocate for employment and organisational needs.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Assess organisational recruitment needs, develop business cases with hiring managers, and facilitate recruitment through various channels, including SEEK, LinkedIn, and retained external recruiters.
  • Coordinating effective onboarding processes with internal partners, designing and delivering orientation programs, and ensuring a smooth transition and integration for new hires.
  • Providing expertise in key HR processes, including annual objective setting, performance reviews, job evaluations, remuneration reviews, talent development, succession planning, and HR reporting.
  • Utilising engagement surveys, feedback forums, and industry benchmarks to develop and advocate for a high-performance workplace culture and a "great place to work" environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with workplace legislation, updating guidelines and policies, and handling employee lifecycle matters related to performance, disciplinary issues, grievances, and workplace relations.
  • Participating in OHS Consultative Forums, managing safety audits and action plans, investigating incidents, and coordinating injury management and return-to-work processes.
  • Supporting talent and succession reviews, facilitating career development discussions, and identifying learning and development needs to build internal talent and capability.
  • Supporting the reporting of HR performance indicators, analysing data related to recruitment, turnover, safety, diversity, engagement, and other key HR metrics for local, regional, and global reporting.

About You

  • You will have a strong background in HR business partnering, demonstrating a true generalist background, including workplace relations, OHS, and talent development, which is highly desirable.
  • You will be adept at developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • You possess a keen ability to analyse HR metrics to drive improvements
  • Ability to build effective relationships across various levels.
