A role with unique responsibilities
Our Clinical Relationship Officer will play a significant role in helping people achieve their dream of having a family. They achieve this by developing relationships and providing education and support to our referral network of General Practitioners, Obstetricians, Gynaecologists, Clinical Geneticists, and other specialists.

With a strong understanding and passion for the health sector, underpinned by excellent communication and organisation skills, you will be responsible for increasing loyalty and referrals to Monash IVF. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Identifying the current and future needs of our referral network
  • Developing and implementing a business development strategy to provide education, resources and support services to our referrers
  • Organising and facilitating referrer events, presentations, in clinic visits and assisting with the execution of our referral communication strategy
  • Providing market insight in relation to key competitors, new services, market trends, patient, or referrers needs. 
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to develop high quality thought leadership and educational resource that will provide value to target market.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a business development role
  • Tertiary qualifications in any of the following: Nursing, Fertility, Business, and/or Communications
  • Strong understanding of the health sector
  • Exceptional communication and organisation skills
  • Business Development/Sales experience and training
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational and analytical skills
