Working within our Corporate division, you’ll join a collaborative, cohesive team directly contributing to the success of our business every day.

The role of Recruitment Specialist will see you working from our Victoria Park head office, in a standard Mon-Fri roster (or 8:6 roster depending on preference). You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and mobilising key trades for major resource projects across Australia. 

Key Responsibilities Actively recruiting trades-based personnel for our major resource projects Engaging with existing pipelines and previous Monadelphous employees Sourcing from recruitment database (Avature) and various sourcing tools Mobilising candidates to major projects throughout Australia Providing a high level of candidate care Ensuring that the recruitment database is kept updated and maintained to be as accurate as possible Why us?
