About the role
We have a position available within the Southern Suburbs, SA in our Dulux Trade Centre store for an Assistant Manager who is enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service, advice and product solutions to our customers.
We are seeking a sales-focused individual who is passionate about customer service and would like to work in a colourful and inspiring workplace. If you are energetic, driven, have a strong work ethic and the ability work Saturdays on a rotating roster then this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Develop strong working relationships with depot/agencies Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained Cash handling / EFTPOS Accurately mix and tint paint Assist in maintaining stock levels Comply with safety standardsBenefits

You are confident with people, have great communication skills and can easily build strong relationships with peers, customers and clients. You're able to demonstrate a level of physical ability to work with our paint and other heavy products in store at times. In addition, you will:
Possess an interest in our products Retail/Trade sales and management experience would be desirable but not essential Paint product and application/ hardware experience will be highly regarded but not essential Have the ability to communicate clearly with customers Enjoy building relationships with customers and colleaguesImagine a better place
