The Company:
Emanate Technology is partnering with a federal government client in search of an ICT Service Desk Officer to provide quality service support to staff across Australia.
The Role:
The Service Desk Officer is tasked with providing 1st and 2nd level ICT support to stakeholders and supporting the client’s technology systems. The role involves contributing to BAU maintenance and supporting any uplift sustainment activities.
The client’s environment and small team structure offer an opportunity to expand technical experience while closely working with high-level executives.
This role can be a significant step for professional development, collaborating with an efficient and experienced team of technical professionals.
Location:
This role is based in George Street, Parramatta, however offers a hybrid working environment.
Skills and Experience:
2+ years of experience in IT Support.
- Proficiency in resolving 1st / 2nd level technical issues.
- Experience in supporting environments with servers operating Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange, and desktops / laptops operating Windows 10 / 11.
- Demonstrated experience in providing support for Microsoft 365.
- Experience in Windows 10 and iPhones.
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to establish clear priorities from competing demands.
- Well-developed analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including effective liaison with various stakeholders.
- Australian Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Baseline security clearance.
