- Monitor and evaluate ongoing campaign performance, making recommendations to adjust targeting, messaging, and budget allocation as needed to maximise results
- Execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, segmenting lists, and scheduling sends
- Manage the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and social media
- Create and present detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), insights and actionable recommendations
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve overall digital and general marketing effectiveness, leveraging CRM data to inform audience targeting, personalisation, and customer journey optimisation.
- Identify new opportunities for growth by analysing customer behaviour and performance trends, contributing to short and long-term digital strategy
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who has:
- 3+ years in CRM specialisation and data analysis, preferably within a digital marketing or paid performance environment
- Experience with data tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and CRM platforms to analyse customer data and campaign performance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data insights to marketing strategies
- Experience using performance optimisation techniques (e.g., A/B testing) within digital advertising
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on continuous optimisation and improvement
