About the role
We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Routine courier runs predominantly for the pickup and delivery of pathology samples including urgent specimens, blood products, test results and clinical waste Liaising between Referring Medical Practitioners and the Medical Liaison Officer with regards to store orders Processing, packing and delivery of supplies to Medical Practitioners as required Preparation and delivery of reports and stock control in main laboratory Maintaining patient confidentiality and integrity Compliance and adherence with Policies and Procedures, Work Health and Safety Procedures and Quality Assurance processesAbout you
To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including:
A current full (unrestricted) driver licence is required Previous experience delivering an exceptional customer experience Excellent communication and time management skills Physical capability to be able to manage a minimum of 30 stops per day Ability to follow instructions and use initiative to make sound decisions Vaccine preventable disease evidence such as Hepatitis B and COVID-19 are a requirement of this role Previous courier experience is considered highly advantageousTraining
