The Program Lead Complex Care, reporting to the Program Manager, Volunteers, Consumers and Thriving Communities, will provide leadership and support across the Case Management, Care Finder, and Community Connections program areas within the Client Services portfolio. The incumbent will ensure high-quality client engagement and support services to individuals with complex care needs, fostering operational excellence and effective stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership / Teamwork

• Provide leadership, supervision, and support for teams to align with BHN's goals and objectives.
• Support the Program Manager in delivering presentations and formulating business cases aligned with the organizational strategic plan.
• Foster high-level operational relationships with clients, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure service excellence.

Governance, Strategic and Operational Planning

• Provide high-quality information, analysis, and expertise to enable transparent reporting across the organization.
• Undertake program planning and develop program plans to support strategic objectives.
• Stay informed of relevant reforms and their implications for programs.
Service Delivery – Client Experience and Outcomes
• Support delivery of BHN's client-centered approach for all program areas.
• Ensure direct reports effectively deliver high-quality client outcomes and achieve program goals.

About you

• Leadership experience in multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of best practices in assessment, care planning, and service delivery.
• Experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships.
• Understanding of health legislative reforms.
