About the Role
The Intake Administration Officer’s primary function is to provide telephone intake and screening for newly referred clients accessing allied health and community services. The Intake Administration Officer works closely with clinical staff and the Intake and Single Point of Entry Team Leader to effectively engage, screen, determine the referral priority and provide timely client access the appropriate services.
