Role Description:

This role involves applying your leadership and expertise in Data & Analytics to oversee delivery of projects, provide expert advice and manage and grow the revenue from new and existing clients.

As a versatile professional, you have in depth experience in a variety of solutions, industries, functional domains, processes and implementation approaches and a strong track record of successful project delivery in a variety of engagements. You will be a subject matter expert and mentor to others in your chosen area of specialisation and will apply your skills to perform a range of complex technical and/or professional work activities.

The Delivery Lead – Growth role is an additional hat to your position as Principal Consultant.You will be issued with a compensation plan outlining targets and OTE yearly for the Growth portion of your role.

RequirementsYou will have defined authority and responsibility for a significant area of work, including technical, financial and quality aspects and be expected to build appropriate and effective business relationships with key stakeholders. As a subject matter expert in your area of specialisation, you will participate in aspects of proposal development and contribute to Altis’ growth by identifying opportunities and supporting closing deals. As a senior member of the Altis team, you will play a key part in knowledge sharing and actively coach and mentor junior team members.

Principal Consultant Duties:

• Design and develop high quality business solutions and other projects to solve
issues, create value, and improve business performance.
• Provide technical mentorship of Altis consultants.
• Lead quality reviews on your own and other projects.
• Work closely with the sales team to help prospects to clarify their needs and requirements; and devise appropriate solutions     and assess their feasibility and practicality and contribute to estimates and pricing.
• Communicate fluently written and orally and present complex technical information
   to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leads and uses appropriate tools to contribute to the design and development of solutions and architectures in specific  business or functional areas, taking into account any security and data governance considerations
• Provide advice and guidance on appropriate modelling and structuring of data to meet information needs.
• Maintain an awareness of opportunities provided by new technology to address challenges or to enable new ways of working  across industries, technologies and methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large to complex projects.Team leadership and technical leadership of large to complex projects.
• Participate in business development and lead generation activities.
• Manage delivery of complex projects, ensuring that effective project control,
change control, risk management and testing processes are maintained.• Conduct an analysis of current and future business needs to derive an overall strategy of data & analytics for tangible  business outcomes.

 Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in IT-related subject, or relevant work experience
• 10+ years broad IT experience
• 10+ years experience delivering data & analytics projects
• 10+ years consulting experience
