Your Role

As an Assistant Co-ordinator - Scheduling you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients.

Your tasks will include: 

Schedule the provision of care services to clientsEnter data to meet internal and external funding requirementsMaintain confidentiality of information pertaining to clients, carers, employee and OzcareSchedule the appropriate employees to suit the needs of the clients in accordance with directions from the Branch Manager/Co-ordinatorActively participate in and contribute to workplace quality improvement activities

Role Requirements

Current Police Screening CertificateCurrent First Aid and CPR CertificatesCurrent NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check)Tertiary Qualifications (as appropriate) and/or relevant experience in a health-related field e.g. Health and Human services and experience in administrationExtensive experience in technology skills along with office systemsExperience in scheduling staff
