We currently have an opportunity for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Property Management Operations division.  The team is integral to the overall digital service delivery to Property Management staff across the APAC region.

Here’s a snapshot of your day;
Reporting to the Associate Director – Property Management Digital Platform the key responsibilities of this role will be as follows:

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand and document their digital requirements for development
  • Provide support, guidance and advice to users 
  • Document system development requirements and associated user guides
  • Work with software developers to develop, test and implement new features and enhancements including integrating 3rd party systems
  • Manage multiple developments concurrently
  • Develop reporting solutions for internal (staff) and external (client) stakeholders, with a focus on data visualization and analysis tools

Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful; 

  • Understanding of Agile project management methodology
  • Minimum 3+ years of work experience as a BA
  • Have experience or exposure to Azure DevOps or associated team collaboration software
  • Advanced skill level in core Microsoft packages – particularly Power BI, Excel and Sharepoint
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused, whilst managing multiple tasks and able to meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written
  • Flexible attitude in dealing with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of commercial property management and accounting practices will be advantageous
  • Have previous experience with MRI/Yardi or other Commercial Real Estate accounting software
  • Experience with SQL programming language
