We are now looking for a Mid-weight Designer to provide support for ongoing digital design and advertising requirements (e.g. deal image curation, digital advertising, eDMs and other design collateral creation). You will ensure our campaigns, both digital and print are catchy, commercial and meet the brief to increase sales and brand loyalty.

You will be responsible for:

  • Producing high-quality design collateral 
  • Managing a small team of contractors, assigning and approving their workload, based on a calendar of deals, and ensure all assets are allocated for each campaign
  • Retouching and adapting images for web and print
  • Managing the design production of our website deals, including image carousel curation, and overall quality assurance for deal images
  • Taking design briefs and producing digital assets (e.g. EDMs, Banners and Social Media) 
  • Design out of home marketing materials and collateral for PR and events
  • Collaborating in the production, design and submission of Print Media
  • Working closely with members of the Marketing and Content team including Content Producers, Editors and the Video Team.

What we are looking for:

  • Tertiary education in Graphic Design or equivalent
  • Commercial Design experience required
  • You have a passion and interest in working within an e-commerce marketing and content team
  • You have the ability to adapt quickly to changes
  • You have strong organisational and time-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Experience collaborating with external stakeholders, eg working with clients and partners 
  • You have the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • You possess a great design portfolio with a passion for elegant, minimalist, design with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent working knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite and Figma) preferable work on Mac environment
