Bachrach Naumburger Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordintor to manage and support the daily operations of our property portfolio across Brisbane.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Facilities Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the nine Queensland properties, handling administrative tasks, coordinating with various stakeholders, and providing exceptional service to tenants.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Tenant liaison for operational/maintenance issues
  • Management of jobs for contractor works
  • Managing maintenance around the properties - ensuring the handyman is completing necessary work
  • Adjusting BMS for air conditioning temperature complaints
  • Monthly inspections with the cleaning contractor
  • Changing safe codes and communicating changes to relevant parties periodically
  • Management of vacancy keys and signing out tenancy keys to new tenants
  • Managing keys for all properties
  • Issuing and keeping up to date contractor Induction
  • Keeping up to date records of PMP sheets
  • Management and recording of Contractor Public Liability and Work Cover
  • Lodging incident reports, hazard reports and impairment notices
  • Review security footage, make copies as required and liaise with company management, Qld Police and tenants as required
  • Maintain adequate records for all aspects of the role
  • Property inspections for maintenance issues
  • Notifying tenants at each property when upcoming works/maintenance is planned
  • Resetting equipment where possible
  • Responsible for promoting a safety culture and related inspections
  • General office admin duties
