Driver Hire are a specialist Recruitment Agency in the Transport and Logistics sector and we are currently going through significant growth phase. Our team prides themselves on process, fun and most importantly success.

Driver Hire is an international recruitment specialist with over 100 offices in the UK and since opening in Australia in 2012 we have grown to 11 offices nationally with more offices opening every year.

What will I be doing?
Joining us as a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will start your journey with on the job training learning all aspects of recruitment and employment.

You will learn how to develop a portfolio of drivers and customers and become their account manager to manage their needs on a daily basis. When your clients ask you for a driver you will search through our extensive database of drivers or if needed advertise and recruit to fulfil our many vacancies.

Once you have mastered this area of the business you will then learn to go out to meet with potential customers to demonstrate how great you are at delivering a fantastic service to them to assist in all of their recruitment needs.

With your ongoing learning and development you will learn all about running a recruitment business to put you in a great position to develop your career to many varied career paths and opportunities.

What are we looking for?
We are a people business so as well as your academic expertise we need team members that are outgoing, very competitive, talkative, focused, energetic, funny (or can sing if you can?t tell jokes) go getters.

You will have a degree in business studies or sales and marketing or have recruitment agency or B2B sales experience already.

If you are willing to learn, talk a lot, be patient and continuously strive to be the best, you will be rewarded.
