Currently seeking a Leasing Consultant to work in a growing department this is a role for someone that wants to be part of an expanding, fast-paced, and successful team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Uploading properties online
  • Conducting open homes and inspections
  • Managing Leasing inquiries via email and phone
  • Application process including reference checks
  • Data entry into Property Me

Requirements:

  • CURRENT Certificate of registration - essential
  • Real Estate experience
  • Australian drivers license
  • Reliable car
  • High level of communication and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Solid written & verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding telephone manner & time management
  • Meticulous attention to detail, accountability and focus
  • Immaculate presentation
