What Will Be Working On

As a Duty Manager at AFAC, your responsibilities willinclude:

Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment through meticulous supervision. Maintain high standards of presentation and safe operation of the centre at all times. Ensure compliance with work health and safety legislation, embedding comprehensive safety protocols throughout the centre. Foster a culture of exceptional customer service among staff and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.

What are we lookingfor

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Previous experience as a Duty Manager with substantial lifeguarding and/or staff supervision experience. Ability to work flexible hours to suit the operational needs of the centre. Current National Police Clearance. Essential qualifications and certifications, including Pool Lifeguard, Group 1 Pool Operators Certificate, LIWA accreditation, and Provide First Aid Certificate.
