About the Role:
Seeking a motivated Change and Communication Analyst to join a dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in driving organisational change and communication strategies that impact the business, partners, and stakeholders. Your expertise will help bridge business and technical needs, providing support across various teams to ensure seamless change management and effective communication. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact while building strong relationships across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of change management strategies, ensuring timely communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyse business needs, assess operational processes, and recommend improvements.
- Lead stakeholder communication initiatives, including creating dashboards, engagement materials, and change impact assessments.
- Facilitate business process redesigns and ensure smooth project delivery for both strategic and BAU activities.
- Maintain a stakeholder matrix to track approvals and engagement activities.
- Contribute to the development of educational and engagement materials, ensuring all business changes are well-communicated and understood.

- Proven ability to effectively engage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks in a collaborative environment.
- Confidence in decision-making and the ability to influence positive change.
Desirable Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications or experience in change management or a related field.
- Familiarity with business operations and processes, with an understanding of factors influencing cost, effectiveness, and service delivery.
- Idealy experience working in the insurance industry or within a highly regulaed evironment.
- Experience in managing external suppliers.
