Join our team as a Change Communication Specialist, and you'll be at the heart of driving positive changes at Queensland Country Bank. Reporting directly to the Head of Employee Engagement, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including our internal communication and project management teams, to ensure that change is embraced across the business.

This is a full-time position with a standard 38-hour work week, and you have the flexibility to choose between our Brisbane Administration Office or Townsville Head Office as your work location.

- Commits to delivering high-quality work within established timelines.

**To excel in this role, you should have**:

- A foundational understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Previous experience in developing and implementing communication plans for change initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in roles related to change communication or consulting.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A knack for taking ownership of work quality, meeting deadlines, and delivering results with mínimal oversight.
- Tertiary studies in Communication, Human Resources, Change Management, or a related field.
