The Facilities Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring efficient facility operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will coordinate maintenance activities, manage vendor relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and servicing of facilities and equipment. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely issue resolution. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards. Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenditures, and contracts. Provide support to the facilities management team as required.Requirements:
Australian citizenship required. Previous experience in facilities management or related field Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
