We are a team of 23 partners and 240 people that is growing to meet the demand of our clientele.

About the role
 You’ll collaborate closely with a team of accountants and have the chance to interact with staff from all divisions, both professionally and socially, gaining valuable exposure. We’ll assign you a Mentoring Partner, Mentoring Manager, and Buddy to ensure you feel fully supported and integrated into our firm’s culture. Through our Vacationer Program, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your skills with training, development, and ongoing support. Additionally, you’ll have access to learn from our Partners, Directors, and Managers, who are experts in their respective fields.

Who we’re after
 We are seeking accounting students with a strong interest in business services to participate in our Vacation Program. The program will run for four weeks starting in December 2024 , with an optional additional four weeks in January 2025 .

We are open to students who:

Are currently studying a qualification in Accounting or Commerce Will bring a can-do attitude, a willingness to put your hand up, have a go, and step outside your comfort zone Ability to work well within a team and autonomously Are an Australian or New Zealand citizen; Australian Permanent Resident; or Are an international student and will independently apply for a relevant Visa(s) with full working rights for the duration of the program

To be successful in this role your qualities, skills and knowledge will include:

Honesty and Integrity Exceptional organisational skills Analytical skills Attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Knowledge of understanding of Accounting principles
