The Transformation Office plays a critical role in propelling Ozcare forward, focusing on strategic initiatives that enhance both organisational and operational capabilities. Your role & accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the successful implementation of Dayforce;
    • - HR and Talent modules (Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, Core HR, Self-Serve, Position Management etc.) and/or
    • - Workforce Management functionality (Rostering/Scheduling, Time Off, Timesheets, Awards etc.)
  • Lead the analysis, documentation and tracking of business requirements, objectives and customer needs through to testing and implementation.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and implementation partners to understand and develop future state process designs and Dayforce solution requirements.
  • Design and facilitate workshops with internal stakeholders to assess and identify options for process improvement and efficiencies.
  • Support the drafting of business proposals and discussion papers to inform decision making.
  • Support the development and implementation of communications and change management plans.
  • Assist with testing, development of test cases and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Assist with data migration planning, testing and cut over activities.
  • Collaborate within transformation office and with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate empathy and respect for clients/employees.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain, on an ongoing basis, high quality, and accurate project artefacts

  • Bonus points for experience in consulting, HRIS, HCM or WFM implementations
  • Fast-learning, problem-solving capability is key; specific experiences are a plus but not essential.
