The Opportunity

As a Marketing Executive, Digital you will work with the General Manager, Retail Marketing to assist in the planning and execution of Dexus retail campaigns across the portfolio, work closely with centre marketing teams to support the implementation of marketing plans, budgets, and campaigns.

The Marketing Executive, Digital will also be supporting on the Dexus retail marketing digital platforms and helping to manage the day-to-day digital marketing operations, together with the Digital Marketing Manager, and will support in digital marketing strategy creation and implementation across all digital channels.

You will make an impact by:

  • Support the digital marketing operations and manage agency relationships to ensure the effective operation of the centre websites, inc. acting as first responder to centre website issues
  • Triage and manage day-to-day digital marketing requests via intake form
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to determine digital and social platforms for campaign execution e.g. research, commercial, leasing etc
  • Support upload of retailer content on centre channels whilst maintaining brand identity across the centre websites.
  • Develop digital multimedia where required - video, photo briefs and content. 
  • Develop and champion new social media opportunities including month to month content creation & curation, management of paid marketing campaigns in collaboration with social media agencies

About You

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in marketing, communications or equivalent
  • Experience in an integrated marketing and communications role within a retail shopping centre or national retail marketing environment or commensurate industry
  • Experience liaising with external advertising/marketing, PR and web agencies
  • Demonstrated success in digital marketing, campaign development, project management and delivery
  • Proficient in digital marketing with skills in the digital space
  • Knowledge of website CMS platforms and social media channels and management
