This is a first-rate opportunity for an energetic marketer in the early stages of their career to join a fast-paced marketing team for one of Australia’s iconic brands. Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be supporting the marketing team to achieve the goals, strategies and outcomes relative to the strategic marketing objectives based on the Amart Furniture Business Plan.

About the role:

This role is dynamic, and each day will be different as you work with a driven team who are passionate about growing the Amart brand

 

Your duties will include:

  • Assist with delivery of end to end campaigns to market and work with agencies and other stakeholders to ensure all advertising material is provided correctly in a timely manner.
  • Proofing and editing content across various mediums and audiences to ensure content adheres to brand tone of voice
  • Managing project timelines to both internal and external deadlines
  • Promoting and maintaining good supplier relationships
  • Support various marketing projects as needed (e.g. local campaigns creation,  gift cards, category initiatives/product launches)
  • Coordinating content/product integration across various marketing initiatives
  • Compiling information for competitor and customer analysis
  • Management and coordination of social media competitions
  • Management of marketing and media inboxes
  • Supporting with local area marketing and store support
  • Gathering data across a range of platforms for team analysis and reporting and compiling presentations for the marketing team
  • Support marketing team with preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly marketing follow ups

 

Role Attributes:

To be considered for this role, we after someone enthusiastic and willing to contribute in a team environment. You must have a tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field and you will have strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office programs. You will be highly organised, with meticulous attention to detail and you’ll have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. You will be customer focused and results driven, with strong verbal and written communication skills. You’ll be able to build strong relationships with your stakeholders and you’ll work collaboratively with your team as well as key business partners to achieve results. 1-2 years marketing experience in a similar role, ideally with a retail background is highly desired.
