We are seeking an experienced business analyst to an uplift and implementation of our clients marketing technology stack, primarily reliant on the Adobe suite. This pivotal role involves coordinating various aspects of the project to ensure successful delivery, aligning with business objectives to enhance personalised marketing capabilities for two leading Australia brands.

Key Duties:

  • Process documentation
  • Creation and maintenance of key project artefacts – business requirements, test plans, user acceptance testing and signoffs
  • Gathering and communicating of policies and procedures to support deliverables
  • Working with software vendor, internal stakeholders (both local and regional)
  • Project status reporting
  • Requirements gathering and validation

Desirable Experience:

  • Proven ability to deliver IT, Digital, or Martech projects within a complex commercial environment.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms, preferably Adobe, including familiarity with their capabilities and functionalities.
