In this role, the Senior Business Analyst will report to the Senior Project Manager to address project risks, significant development challenges, and progress against project timelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive the transformation of business processes towards efficiency, effectiveness, and adaptability.
  • Articulating insights and plans effectively to stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and management.
  • Collecting and analyzing crucial information from stakeholder meetings and presenting findings cohesively.
  • Validating, gathering, and documenting requirements, use cases, and user stories for future state roles, responsibilities, and processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations within an enterprise digital framework.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement as they arise.
  • Ensuring requirements traceability throughout the project's lifecycle.
  • Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of current and proposed solutions, and explaining their business implications to key stakeholders.
  • Estimating future state process durations to identify potential cost savings.
  • Simplifying complex information and translating technical terminology for easy comprehension by diverse business audiences.
  • Supporting the implementation and testing of proposed solutions.
  • Assisting in business transition and change management efforts.
Essential Qualifications/Certifications/Skills

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications, certifications, and skills:

  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in leading business process transformations with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in gathering and documenting requirements for designing and implementing suitable solutions using formal processes and methods, with a focus on delivering rapid, incremental results.
  • Proficiency in eliciting business rules, business process mapping (utilizing BPMN), and business process re-engineering and architecture.
  • Familiarity with established business analytical procedures and practices.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team, across multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and adapting to changes effectively.
  • Ability to oversee the development and implementation of use cases and user stories collaboratively with a team.
  • Excellent communication and change management skills, including analyzing business process models, requirements, and project reports to provide accurate documentation, clear advice, and precise data.
  • Demonstrated expertise in facilitation, as well as written and verbal communication.
